With more than 25 years of experience in transport, Silver Sherpa has grown from its early days as a courier company into a trusted name for travel across Mid Wales and Shropshire. We moved into private hire in 2005, launched our chauffeur service in 2011, and began working with Offa’s Dyke booking agents in 2009 to deliver dependable luggage transfers along the central section of the Offa’s Dyke Path.
Heading into 2025, we’re proud to be the go‑to local team for luggage transfers along several walks and paths through the area, nationwide airport connections, pre‑booked local travel and small‑group day trips for visitors and residents alike. That combination of experience, local knowledge and personal service continues to shape everything we do.
Commitment to Excellence
Building a reputation for outstanding airport transfer services, we shifted our focus from local taxi services to specializing in airport and long-distance transfers. We are still able to offer a prebooked local service, when available, for those wanting to travel to nearby towns and attractions. We take pride in our luggage transfer services and have established strong relationships with local accommodations and tourism providers. Today, we collaborate with major suppliers and handle numerous private bookings from both UK and international visitors.
